What features am I overlooking besides reminders, scheduling and templates?

I know that sequences are there, but wonder if there are settings or integrations or other features I should be looking at.

Great question Leland. Our two most jaw-dropping features are... 1. Our Rules engine, which is like an even easier Zapier for sales. Hello Leland , -There is a feature that helps you track your emails , It is the tracking feature ! - you can track your email , which means that any time you send an email , you get notified when the reciever has oppend it or has downloaded the enclose file . This is actually an amazingly eficent feature that you musn'yt neglect .

Hi Leland - along with what the others have already shared, I used Mixmax while working in Customer Success at two different SAAS organizations. I love this product and no, I do not work for them! Another great feature that really proved to be an asset is the ability to enter the "Enhancements" like yes/no questions, call to action buttons, and multiple choice questions. I draw attention to this feature because one of my companies ran several A/B tests where on one side we utilized the different enhancements (making it "easier" for the respondent to answer what was was needed from them) and on the other side, we expected the recipient to reply typically, to the thread. We found (in every test we did) that recipients were almost always TWICE as likely to respond if they only had to click a button in the email vs. hit the reply and just type even something as simple as "yes" in response. There's a new feature called "Side Chat" where you can privately discuss an email with the colleagues of your choice without using bcc or forwarding which adds additional emails to the string

Question on: HubSpot Sales Hub

Are there plans to increase the functionality of the mobile app? The Outlook integrated logging sales tool is also limiting in that it only logs comms in the last 5 open deals attached to a client.

A sales team generally hate admin and tend to neglect it, yet its critical to keep the rest of the business in the know. As they generally use their mobile devices more than other devices I would like to promote use of the Mobile app more but the functionality is currently quite limited ie attaching pictures to tasks/note. Logging and tracking through the Outlook Sales Tool integration is also not as efficient as I had hoped. It currently only logs comms to the last 5 open deals a contact is associated with and in our business, this doesnt work. Having to go back to associate and disassociate comms to deals negates using the tool to save time.

I have been frustrated by the limitations of the mobile app as well. I had a phone conference with their team and improvements are coming but they will be incremental. One new item is the HubSpot keyboard for iOS that will allow better access and use of meeting links, snippets, docs, and quotes from the mobile app. The mobile app still has a lot of catching up to do. I feel like they need to imbed with an outside sales team to discover how it needs to operate.

I can recommend to have a look at Salesflare's CRM instead. It has both an Outlook sidebar and mobile app that come with 100% of the functionality of the web app, which works really amazing for me. If it weren't for Salesflare, our sales team still wouldn't be using any CRM.
